Ad 1/ Information about changes in project coordination
Petr explained that coordinator from Bohemia Discovery, Ltd had to be changed because Milan´s job is really time consuming and he is not able to put attention enough to HEAD project anymore.
Dagmar will provide the coordination of the project HEAD with the support of Petr and Milan.

Ad 3/ OBJECTIVES AND OUTCOMES

3. 1 Objectives and outcomes - done
- Document “Mobilities - realized” was sent by Petr to all partners 29. 8. 2010.
- Each partner has to fill all his realized mobilities and sent this document with all individual mobilities reports back to Petr. ( Petr was not sure to have all mobilities reports sent before this ensemble meeting and asked all partners to send them once again)
Deadline:
September 10 - to be sent to Petr
September 30 – to be put on web site
3. 2 Objectives and outcomes – to do
3. 2. 1 Mobilities
- Document “Mobilities - planned” was sent by Petr to all partners 29. 8. 2010.
- Each partner has to fill his proposed mobility /mobilities and send this document back to Petr.
- Petr will make the list of all planned mobilities and send to partners.
Deadline:
September 10 – to be sent to Petr
September 20 – all mobilities list to be sent by Petr to all partners
3. 2. 2 Summary of presented and tested methods
- Result of discussion: Not only used methods, but also good practices will be tested in partner´s institutions.
- Document “Presented – tested methods” was sent by Petr to all partners 29. 8. 2010.
- Each partner has to:
- describe methods / best practices presented during the mobility realized in his institution
- fill the method(s) / best practice (s) which were tested (or will be tested)
and send back to Petr.
Deadline:
September 30 – to be sent to Petr
October 31 – to be put on web site
- Each partner has to test at least one method / best practice (possible to choose method / best practice which will be presented during planned mobilities).
- For planned mobilities: Host partner has to describe method(s) / best practice(s) in the new document “Individual Mobility Report” before the mobility.
3. 2. 3 Database of institutions, organizations and educators
- Document “Institutions, organizations and educators database” was sent by Petr to all partners 29. 8. 2010. Each partner has to fill this document and send it back to Petr.
Deadline:
September 30 – to be sent to Petr
October 31 – to be put on web site
3. 2. 4 Web page HEAD
Petr will present Individual Mobility Reports and mentioned documents on the HEAD web page.
Ad 4/ NEXT ENSEMBLE MEETING
- The 4th ensemble meeting will take place in Finland, from April 28 to May 1 – 2, 2011.
- The main topic of this last meeting will be the final project report and final form of all outcomes.
- Before this meeting:
. Dagmar will clarify with the Czech National Agency Grundtvig if necessary to elaborate a common report.
. Each partner will ask their National Agency Grundtvig about specific demand as for report (content, form…) and project outcomes.
Ad 5/ DISCUSSION
- All program topics were discussed.
- All partners approved the concept presented by Dagmar.
- Benedicte proposed to present and test not only methods, but also best practices (development based on experiences from realized mobilities).
- Jon proposed to include the feedback for host partner in the Individual Report Mobility (the respective document has been changed).
